Welcome to Amantran. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, features, digital invitation creation tool, and guest management platform.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Accounts, Login & Local Storage

To access features of the platform, you can authenticate via our login page on the application. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Amantran is a local-first Android Mobile Application. All event configurations (such as Weddings, Haldi plans) and guest contact lists are stored locally in the App's storage on your Android device and are not uploaded to our servers.
• You are responsible for managing your device security. Uninstalling the application or clearing the application storage in your Android settings will delete your locally saved event plans and contacts.

2. User Content & Responsibilities

Our App allows you to add or import guest contacts, event descriptions, templates, and itineraries ("User Content"). Since this content is processed locally on your Android device:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the contact details you import or add manually.
• You agree not to use the App to generate invitation cards or links for sending unsolicited marketing communications or spam messages to contacts, in compliance with applicable local messaging regulations.
• You remain fully in control of your content, which resides strictly on your Android device.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on our platform, including software, design templates, layouts, graphics, branding, and text (excluding User Content), are the intellectual property of Amantran and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our platform to manage and customize invitations for your personal or authorized events.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amantran and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content.

5. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to our services, or any part thereof, at any time without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
