At Amantran, we respect your right to privacy and control over your data. In compliance with data protection laws and platform policies (including Meta's Developer Policies), we provide clear instructions on how you can remove your event data and disconnect your account.

Because Amantran is an Android mobile application designed with a local-first privacy model, we do not collect, store, or transmit your event plans, guest contacts, or personal details to any server-side database. All of your data stays strictly in the local application storage on your own Android mobile device.

How to Delete Your Data (Step-by-Step Instructions)

Since your data is stored locally on your Android device, you can permanently erase all event details (Weddings, Haldi, etc.) and guest contacts instantly using the following methods:

Method 1: Uninstall the Amantran App

Uninstalling the application from your Android phone will automatically and permanently purge all local databases, contacts, and configurations associated with the App.

Method 2: Clear Application Storage / Data (Android Settings)

You can clear all stored database files, logins, and configurations directly from your system settings without uninstalling the App:

  1. Open your phone's Settings.
  2. Navigate to Apps, Applications, or App Management.
  3. Select Amantran from the list of installed applications.
  4. Tap on Storage (or Storage & Cache).
  5. Tap Clear Data (or Clear Storage) and confirm by tapping OK/Clear.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon performing the actions above, all data stored on your device will be permanently deleted, including:

Removing Amantran From Your Meta/Facebook Account

If you logged into Amantran using your Facebook/Meta account within the App, you can revoke access at any time:

  1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Scroll down to Apps and Websites.
  3. Find Amantran and click Remove.
  4. Note: Since Amantran does not save your profile details, guest details, or email addresses in a central database, removing the app from Facebook completely disconnects your account immediately, and no residual data remains on our servers.
